The location was marvellous because it was next to Mohegan Sun Arena. All the employees were outstandingly accommodating. The provided breakfast was enjoyable with eggs, fresh blueberry or malted vanilla waffles plus blueberry.

Nothing to complain about, the hotel met the purpose. Stayed in extremely pleasant king room with large walk-in shower with grab bar. The staff was five star and efficient, kept everything tidy and nice.

Came here for one night, recommendable. The hotel was a decent place for enjoying a good area, just off surrounded by lots of restaurants and major restaurants and shopping centers and a mall with dinner options nearby. Our queen room was updated with a pleasant view of the mountains. The staff were affable and pleasant as well, would love to go back;))

Well-maintained hotel located in a relaxing area short walk to the Mohegan Sun casino and arena and Close to several restaurants and King's College athletic fields and expressway. Extremely pleasant and comfortable quiet rooms with large walk-in shower with grab bar!

For a 2-day business trip or an overnight stop going north on interstate 95, this hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff provided friendly service. The complimentary breakfast offered a good selection of items, and the pool looked nice.

The layout of the room was inconvenient with the bed too close to the wall on one side.

Stayed in a king suite. 2 adults 2 children. The room had a king bed and queen pull out sofa. The sofa was very uncomfortable. You could feel the bed springs right through it when you sat on it. I had to line up 4 pillows on it in order for my 11 year old daughter to sleep on it. Also the room does not have central air so the heat and air come from a wall unit which was very difficult to regulate and noisy. I thought this unusual as the hotel is only 3 years old? I would be hesitant to stay in another Hampton Hotel. Thank God they had a 100 per cent reimbursement satisfactory policy which meant we were not charged for the room.

The good service and the attention to detail! I've had new-fashioned and neat room with a microwave and refrigerator and an awesome bathroom and a pull out couch. Nice hot and outstanding breakfast with fresh squeezed juice was a nice touch. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive in case of questions.

It appears I was overcharged..on top of it being high priced for the area..the food made me sick so I would not suggest anyone eat the hot foods they offer..the room was on the small side.

It is bright hotel with very clean pool and perfect location in the Wilkes-Barre area.

Very clean hotel, with comfortable beds and a safe atmosphere. The location is conveniently close to everything. The staff at the front desk, particularly Jasmin and Amanda, were extremely helpful and provided great customer service. The hot drinks available at all times were a nice touch. The pool was enjoyable, and the breakfast options were impressive.

The staff are outstandingly accommodating and consistently courteous, managed the parking on site.
